Huddersfield Giants' Australian centre Jamie Simpson is poised to make his engage Super League against Bradford Bulls on Sunday.
Simpson, who signed from South Sydney on a three-year deal, is joined in the squad by forwards Jon Molloy and Dale Ferguson, who are both set for their first home appearances.
Hooker Adam O'Brien, 17, is in line to make his Bradford bow after being named in the visitors' squad.
O'Brien replaces John Bateman in the only change to those on duty in the 40-18 victory over Wakefield last time out.
Heath L'Estrange, Jamie Langley, Kyle Briggs and Chev Walker all remain sidelined through injury.
Huddersfield won both meetings between the sides last season, prevailing 52-6 at Odsal and 24-12 on home turf.
