Australian Liam Fulton is set to make his debut for Huddersfield as they host the Celtic Crusaders at the Galpharm.
Fulton, a stand-off or back-row forward, will make his SUper League bow for the Giants as they play host to the newcomers on Good Friday.
Second-rower Simon Finnigan has also been recalled after he was rested for the Challenge Cup win at Harlequins.
Hooker David Faiumu also returns at the expense of Shaun Lunt.
Newboys Crusaders have had further injury problems with full-back Tony Duggan joining the groing list of players in hte treatment room.
Darren Mapp, Mark Lennon, Matty Smith, Geraint Davies and Jace Van Dijk are all on the sidelines, and Duggan joins them after picking up a knock in last Friday's Cup defeat at Hull KR.
Forward Chris Beasley returns from injury and Welsh international Aled James is in line to make his Super League debut after being named in coach John Dixon's 19-man squad for the first time.
The Giants have come under criticism for their style of play this season, but four wins out of six is a great return for them.
