Hull will be looking to continue Harlequins' miserable run of form when the two sides do battle at the KC Stadium on Sunday.
The visitors have not won any of their last 11 Super League outings, with their last success coming against St Helens in Widnes back on March 11.
The following week they lost 40-30 to the Airlie Birds, who crossed for four tries in the final 15 minutes to produce a stunning second-half turnaround, at the Twickenham Stoop.
Hull coach Richard Agar is forced to make at least one change to his team this weekend after Sean Long suffered a dislocated shoulder in the derby defeat at Hull KR.
Richard Horne is set to switch back to scrum-half, meaning Richard Whiting could shift to full-back with Reece Lyne coming in on the wing.
Prop Lee Radford is set to win a recall to the pack but Australian full-back Cameron Phelps remains on the sidelines.
Duo included
Quins, meanwhile, have drafted in young prop Rob Thomas and winger Mark Calderwood to their 19-man squad for the long trip north.
Coach Rob Powell is unable to call upon the services of on-loan forward Lee Mitchell, though, as the second rower has returned to Warrington. Luke Dorn is also unavailable due to a hamstring injury, though he is nearing a return.
The capital club were beaten 30-16 on home soil by Bradford last time out and have leaked a half-century of points in their last two away fixtures.
"After last week, when we were disappointed to lose a game that we felt we should have won, this gives us a good opportunity to back up that performance," Powell said.
"Obviously they've got a couple of players involved in the England v Exiles game and we have a real opportunity to take advantage of that."
