Wigan will be looking to maintain their place at the Super League summit when they travel to Hull on Friday night, live on Sky Sports.
The Warriors currently sit a point clear at the top of the table and are also now through to the semi-finals of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.
Michael Maguire's side put paid to Warrington's hopes of a third successive trip to Wembley with a stunning 44-24 triumph at the Halliwell Jones Stadium last Saturday.
Victory did come at a price, however, as Paul Prescott picked up a slight hamstring injury, meaning he misses the trip to the KC Stadium.
Stuart Fielden is also absent having originally been pencilled in to make his comeback against the Airlie Birds. The England prop suffered a torn pectoral muscle in training and will now not play again this season.
Second rower Harrison Hansen is rested by the reigning champions while Amos Roberts and Chris Tuson remain on the sidelines with knee problems.
Tough test
Maguire is expecting a tough test for his troops, particularly after they were pushed hard in the first meeting of the two teams this season. Wigan won the match 14-12 at the DW Stadium, despite the dismissal of Joel Tomkins.
"They will be extremely hungry looking to perform following last week, we pride ourselves on turning up week in and week out and we will need to that again," the Australian told Wigan's official website.
"In the meeting here earlier in the season, the game went to the death and it will be another tough one.
"Hull have a big forward pack, crafty halves and plenty of speed out on the edges so we need to make sure we are on our game."
Hull, meanwhile, have named an unchanged squad following their Challenge Cup exit at the hands of Leeds last Sunday.
Craig Fitzgibbon is still not available - the Australian suffered a recurrence of a calf injury against the Rhinos in Super League action and was forced to sit out the quarter-final defeat to the same opponents.
Hull squad: T. Briscoe, Dowes, Horne, Houghton, Lauaki, Lyne, Manu, Moa, Obst , O'Meley, Phelps, Radford, Sharp, Tickle, Turner, Washbrook, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
Wigan squad: S. Tomkins, Carmont, Richards, Deacon, Leuluai, McIlorum, Coley, J. Tomkins, O'Loughlin, Lima, Hoffman, Finch, Mossop, Farrell, Marsh, Charnley, Hughes, Hock, Cross.
