Leeds will be without Rob Burrow, Brent Webb and Chris Clarkson for their Super League clash with Wakefield on Friday.
All three players picked up knocks in the Challenge Cup final defeat to Wigan last weekend and have not recovered in time for the contest at Headingley.
Rhinos coach Brian McDermott therefore recalls hooker Paul McShane and young winger Zak Hardaker as well as Wakefield-bound Ali Lauitiiti and former Wildcats second rower Jay Pitts.
Utility back Lee Smith is also included in the hosts' 19-man squad after missing out on the match-day selection at Wembley.
McDermott says that his side is determined to rebound from the disappointment of last Saturday.
"There has been a fantastic response from the players this week in training following the disappointment of last week's result at Wembley," he told the Rhinos' official website.
"In the immediate aftermath of the game, naturally everyone was feeling very low however the players focus has now quickly turned to our final two games of the league season and finishing as high as possible in the table for the play offs.
"We want to build up our form for the play offs and having another shot at silverware this year."
Wakefield have half-back Gareth Moore and hooker James Davey returning from injury as they attempt to halt an eight-match losing streak.
The Wildcats will have to cope without centre pair Chris Dean and Kevin Henderson, however, while winger Josh Griffin has failed a late fitness test.
Coach John Kear has called up 18-year-old Lucas Walshaw to his 19-man squad and the youngster could make his Super League debut in the absence of Griffin.
