Warrington look set to welcome back half-back Richie Myler for Friday's clash with Leeds.
Myler has missed the Wolves' last five matches after suffering a fractured cheekbone and eye socket in the Good Friday win at his old club Salford.
However the England international has been included in Tony Smith's squad for the trip to Headingley, which can be seen live on Sky Sports.
He returns in place of teenager Gareth O'Brien, who is set to be ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury sustained in last Friday's 112-0 Carnegie Challenge Cup rout of Swinton.
"Richie's recovery has fallen nicely for us on the back of some disappointing news for Gareth O'Brien," said Warrington boss Smith.
"We feel for Gareth. He's going to have scans either today or tomorrow but we think it's cruciate ligament damage which would be it for the season for him.
"He was playing well but to have someone of the calibre of Richie coming back is a good position to be in. Richie was always going to be available this week."
Hodgson back
Full-back Brett Hodgson is also set to return having missed the landslide triumph over Swinton due to a back problem.
Louis Anderson is still ruled out though; the second rower is troubled by a calf injury and will not be risked.
Leeds, meanwhile, are set to welcome back two players of their own for the game against the current table-toppers in the Engage Super League.
Full-back Brent Webb and half-back Danny McGuire have been selected in coach Brian McDermott's 19-man party.
Both players have not appeared for the Rhinos since the fourth-round Challenge Cup victory over top-flight rivals Crusaders.
Warrington triumphed 40-24 earlier this season in the reverse fixture but have failed in their last four attempts to win a league match at Headingley.
Leeds squad: Webb, Smith, Delaney, Hall, McGuire, Burrow, Leuluai, Buderus, Peacock, Jones-Buchanan, Ablett, Sinfield, Lauitiiti, Bailey, Kirke, Hauraki, Pitts, McShane, Hardaker.
Warrington squad: Atkins, Blythe, Bridge, Briers, Carvell, Clarke, Cooper, Grix, Higham, Hodgson, King, J. Monaghan, M. Monaghan, Morley, Myler, Solomona, Westwood, Williams, Wood.
