Harlequins have made two changes to their squad to take on engage Super League leaders Castleford Tigers on Friday.
Lamont Bryan and David Williams come in for Mark Calderwood and Rob Thomas as Quins attempt to bounce back from a 52-32 defeat at Wakefield last time out.
The Londoners made a strong start to the season but the wheels have come off recently with four straight losses, during which they have shipped 198 points.
And Quins coach Rob Powell has ordered a big improvement in his side's defence as they look to stop the rot.
"In the last three, against Hull FC, Bradford and Wakefield we feel we have scored enough points to win the matches but unfortunately we have let ourselves down with our defence," said Powell.
"Castleford are flying high at the moment and this will be a massive test of our resolve."
The match will mark the 100th appearance for England centre Tony Clubb.
Form
Castleford, meanwhile, have lost only one of their first eight matches and travel down to the capital on the back of a 52-20 win over Salford.
Prolific winger Nick Youngquest, who has scored eight times already this season, suffered a knee injury against the City Reds and misses out.
Teenage utility back Jordan Thompson replaces Youngquest in the only change to the Tigers' squad, although he is unlikely to start as Kirk Dixon is set to switch from centre to wing.
Willie Isa has completed a one-match ban but is sidelined with an ankle injury.
