Karl Temata has recovered from injury in time to feature for Harlequins in Sunday's engage Super League fixture at home to Crusaders.
Veteran prop Temata is joined in Quins' 19-man squad by loan signing Karl Pryce.
But there is still no place for England international winger Mark Calderwood, who is on trial at the club.
Harlequins, winners by a 50-22 scoreline in the corresponding match last season, are looking to build on their opening-day victory over Catalans Dragons.
Crusaders, meanwhile, have been forced into one change from those on duty in the win against Salford last weekend.
Centre Vince Mellars is ruled out by a hamstring problem, prompting a reshuffle of the back division.
Tony Martin switches from stand-off to centre and Jarrod Sammut joins Michael Witt in the half-backs.
Coach Iestyn Harris has this week spoken of the dangers of complacency such was the ease of the opening victory against the Reds.
"The group are hungry for success and to perform every week and I don't think complacency it is going to be an issue because we've grown and developed as a team," Harris said.
"I will be very disappointed if it does and I think that Harlequins are a very strong side that we are fully aware of. The threat they possess will entice everyone to prepare well for the game.
"Harlequins are really on a high at the moment. They had a great victory over the Catalans and they defended exceptionally well throughout the game."
