Struggling Harlequins welcome back captain Rob Purdham to the squad as they host Hull KR in engage Super League action on Easter Monday.
Loose forward Purdham is set for his first appearance of the year after recovering from major shoulder surgery.
The skipper takes over at centre from David Howell, who will miss his first match of the season due to a calf injury.
The only other change to the squad defeated 19-12 at Bradford last month sees Kyle Bibb dropped from the line-up in favour of Martyn Smith.
Delayed
The London side make a delayed start to the Easter weekend after Friday's clash against Crusaders at The Gnoll was rained off.
Quins, who currently sit bottom of the league table, will be desperately seeking a win after claiming just one victory so far this season.
Meanwhile, Hull KR have made just one change to their 19-man squad to make the trip to the capital.
Head coach Justin Morgan has drafted in Matt Cook, while hooker Josh Hodgson is the man to sit out the Twickenham Stoop clash.
Rovers emerged injury-free from their 18-14 Good Friday defeat to Hull, but hooker Ben Fisher and second rower Matt Book are expected to be recalled.
Ben Cockayne remains on the wing in place of Liam Colbon, who is ruled out with a broken jaw.
Harlequins squad: Bolger, Bryan, Clubb, Gale, Golden, Jones-Bishop, Kaye, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, O'Callaghan, Orr, Purdham, Randall, Sharp, Smith, Ward, Wilkes, Williams, Williamson.
Hull KR squad: Briscoe, Fox, Welham, Webster, Lovegrove, Dobson, Cockayne, I'Anson, Vella, Clinton, Newton, Murrell, Netherton, Galea, Wheeldon, Ratu, Watts, Cook, Fisher.
