Harlequins head coach Rob Powell welcomes back Oliver Wilkes from suspension for the visit of Leeds.
Wilkes, who will be returning to former club Wakefield next season, missed last week's 31-12 defeat to Crusaders.
Karl Pryce and Ben Bolger are also back in contention for a starting place while Dan Sarginson continues in the line-up after signing a new deal following a string of impressive performances.
David Howell remains sidelined after he was suspended for biting.
Leeds, who went down 36-26 in the first match between the two sides this season, have rested Jamie Peacock, Jamie Jones-Buchanan and Ryan Bailey ahead of next week's Challenge Cup final.
Brett Delaney, Zak Hardaker, Jay Pitts, Paul McShane and Lee Smith have all been added to the squad.
"They have had a tough season with injuries and a limited resource," said Rhinos boss Brian McDermott said of Quins.
"It was always going to be a tough season for Quins with the squad they have.
"I'm feeling for them at the moment but I am certain they will show up this weekend and try and do the double over Leeds."
