Harlequins will be looking to give departing captain Rob Purdham the perfect send-off when they host St Helens at the Twickenham Stoop.
Skipper Purdham will be playing his final game for the London club having spent the last 10 years in the capital. He then returns to Cumbria for family reasons, although he has not ruled out playing for another club in Super League.
As for the rest of the home side, coach Rob Powell has made two changes from the 19-man squad he selected for last week's loss to Huddersfield.
Dave Williams replaces Olsi Krasniqi and Jason Golden comes in for fellow forward Mike Burnett, who is ruled out with an injury.
Luke Gale, Andy Ellis and Oliver Wilkes will also be making their final appearances for the Londoners, who will be playing under the Harlequins banner for the last time as they prepare for another name change.
"We're looking forward to going out on a high," Powell told the club's official website. "The guys have trained well and they're looking to put on a good performance for the last home game."
Roby rested
St Helens, meanwhile, have opted to rest some of their starters having secured third place in the final Engage Super League table with a home win over Salford last time out.
James Roby, Francis Meli and Sia Soliola have been given the weekend off by coach Royce Simmons, who is again without a number of players through injury.
Tony Puletua and Kyle Eastmond will hope to be back in action during the play-offs, while Ade Gardner could also return in the near future.
With Chris Flannery also not quite ready to make his comeback from a knee cartilage problem, Simmons will again turn to some of the club's youngsters - Carl Forster could be handed his debut while Scott Hale will get a further chance to impress in the first team.
Saints lost the reverse fixture 27-16 earlier in the season and Simmons is expecting another tough game against Quins.
"It will be a tough match and no doubt they will be fired up for their captain," he told St Helens' website. "I am excited about the game too as the young lads will bring a lot of energy for us."
