Harlequins have been boosted by the return of Joe Mbu as they go for their third win on the bounce.
The second rower has been out of action since picking up a hamstring injury in last month's narrow 28-24 defeat to the Catalans Dragons.
Harlequins are be looking for their third straight success after recent league victories against Leeds and Salford.
Also included in a 19-man squad are centre David Howell, who this week signed a two-year contract extension, as well as Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, who has been included in England's elite training squad.
Whilst delighted with the call up, McCarthy-Scarsbrook says he is fully focused on Sunday's task.
"It's an honour to be picked, but as soon as it comes to Sunday, it's game on. I'll be concentrating on picking up the two points," he said.
"We've had a really good week of training and preparing for Wakefield, and are focused on getting our third win on the bounce."
Wakefield's Matt Petersen misses out after suffering concussion in the 28-17 Carnegie Challenge Cup defeat to Wigan.
The winger needed hospital treatment last weekend and has not been included in John Kear's 19-man party.
Centre Ryan Atkins goes into the game on a high after being named in Tony Smith's England squad on Thursday.
