Wigan will be looking to ease the pressure on coach Brian Noble, who is able to welcome back key players for the trip to London.
Full-back Richard Mathers returns from suspension while wing Pat Richards has recovered from a calf injury and second row Phil Bailey has overcome a shoulder problem.
Half-back Sam Tomkins is drafted into the 19-man squad for the first time this season after making a spectacular debut in the Challenge Cup in 2008, scoring five tries in the win over Whitehaven.
Hooker Michael McIlorum must serve a one-match ban.
Loose forward Daniel Heckenberg returns to the Harlequins squad after missing last weekend's defeat by Manly Sea Eagles with a shoulder injury.
Coach Brian McDermott told the club's website: "Daniel Heckenberg returns to the squad this weekend. We probably could have put him on the field for Manly, but we wanted to be entirely sure his shoulder was fixed. He's now looking great and ready to return."
The coach also insists his team will not be distracted by the turmoil at Wigan.
"I have zero opinion, nor do I particularly care what Wigan are going through at the moment," he said. "I'm concentrating on what my team are doing. I said at the beginning of the season that this year I want to win the Super League, and it doesn't matter who we're facing next or what they're going through, we're focused on our game.
"We had a great time playing Manly last weekend and the guys took a lot of confidence from the match. But once we were back in the dressing room the feeling was 'well done, now let's get our heads down for Wigan'."
Harlequins RL 19-man squad: Clubb, Dorn, Gafa, Gale, Golden, Heckenberg, Howell, Kaye, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Orr, Purdham, Randall, Robinson, Sharp, Temata, Ward, Wells.
