Harlequins welcome back Ben Jones-Bishop and Ryan Esders for Saturday's clash with table-topping Wigan at the Twickenham Stoop.
Full-back Bishop, who is on a season-long loan from Leeds, has been sidelined since April after suffering a depressed skull fracture.
The 21-year-old suffered the injury during Quins' stunning 38-26 victory over the Warriors at the DW Stadium.
Having missed out on the chance to face former club Hull KR last Sunday through injury, Esders is back in coach Brian McDermott's 19-man squad.
Olsi Krasniqi and Luke May make way for the returning duo, while Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook has been passed fit following a bout of tonsillitis.
Quins will be bidding to do the double over the Cherry and Whites but have lost their last two outings, conceding 42 points on both occasions against the Rhinos and the Robins.
Deacon recalled
Wigan coach Michael Maguire has recalled Paul Deacon as his side look to bounce back from last week's tough loss to arch-rivals St Helens.
The veteran scrum-half is joined in the 19-man party by Lee Mossop, who is available again following a spell on the sidelines with a dislocated shoulder.
Stefan Marsh has also been drafted in to the squad, while Iafeta Paleaaesina and Karl Pryce have been dropped. Both will play for Wigan's under-20's.
Winger Amos Roberts is missing after picking up a slight knock in the 26-24 loss to Saints - just Wigan's third reverse of the Super League season.
Despite the disappointing result against their neighbours, the Warriors remain at the summit and could move four points clear of nearest rivals Warrington, who don't play until Sunday evening against defending champions Leeds.
Harlequins squad: Bolger, Bryan, Clubb, Dorn, Ellis, Esders, Howell, Jones-Bishop, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Mills, O'Callaghan, Orr, Purdham, Randall, Sharp, Temata, Ward, Wilkes.
