Salford coach Matt Parish is set to stick with the side that lost at Wigan as he seeks his first win when taking on Huddersfield on Friday night.
Parish will, though, make a late check on back-row forward Vinnie Anderson after he sat out training on Thursday.
Former Huddersfield centre Chris Nero remains in the treatment room.
Giants call for Hodgson
Huddersfield have called up 20-year-old full-back Elliot Hodgson for just his second Super League appearance, nearly two years to the day after his debut.
Scott Grix is poised to switch to scrum-half in the absence of injured duo Danny Brough and Luke Robinson.
Jacob Fairbank looks likely to be replaced by Luke O'Donnell, while Jamie Cording and Jamie Simpson are also called up by coach Nathan Brown.
