St Helens welcome back veteran centre Francis Meli for Friday's showdown with old rivals Wigan Warriors at the Stobart Stadium.
Meli missed the 14-14 draw with Bradford last time out due to a calf injury he picked up on Exiles duty.
But there is again no place in Saints' 19-man squad for hooker Scott Moore after the hooker was arrested on suspicion of drink driving last week.
Moore, who made his debut for England in 2009 when he was on loan to Huddersfield, has been bailed until 25 July pending further inquiries after an incident in the early hours last Friday morning.
Young forwards Shaun Magennis and Matty Ashurst are both recalled.
Happy
"I'm happy we're playing Wigan and I think Wigan are probably happy they're playing us," said Saints coach Royce Simmons.
"With the importance of the game and the rivalry between the two clubs, I think all the players will still be trying to get out there and compete at their best.
"Wigan are going through the same thing (heavy workload), so there can't be any excuse for us."
Wigan, who have taken three points from the two meetings so far with their arch rivals, have named Andy Coley in their 19-man party and are hopeful the prop will be fit to play following minor knee surgery.
Sam Tomkins and George Carmont return in place of Amos Roberts and Darrell Goulding after sitting out the 22-22 draw at Castleford.
Both sides can leapfrog Huddersfield and Warrington for top spot in the engage Super League table with a victory.
