Wakefield host Hull KR on Saturday afternoon, looking to close out the regular Super League season with a win that would boost their play-off ambitions.
The Wildcats currently sit sixth in the Super League standings, but are level on points with fifth-placed Wigan.
The Warriors face a tricky looking trip to Huddersfield for their final match so John Kear's men can feasibly nick fifth and earn themselves an easier tie in the end of season competition.
Kear's side were turned over 31-18 at Craven Park in March, but head into this tie full of confidence after four straight victories against Salford, Celtic Crusaders, Warrington and Catalans.
News of a season-ending injury for Sean Gleeson - a fractured jaw and eye socket - has not helped the cause, but Aaron Murphy comes into Kear's squad in what is the only enforced change to his 19-man squad.
Incentive
Wakefield won the corresponding fixture 22-20 last year, but face a Hull KR squad that have not lost since mid-July.
Hull FC, Castleford, St Helens, Salford and Warrington have all fallen in their wake over the last two months and Justin Morgan's side have the extra motivation of being able to secure third spot with a win.
Paul Cooke escaped with just a caution for a "chicken-wing" tackle on Ben Harrison during the win over Wolves last time out.
But utility player Ben Cockayne has failed to recover from a foot injury and loose forward Scott Murrell has seen his campaign ended by a broken hand.
Stanley Gene and Ben Fisher are the beneficiaries and will hope to impress Justin Morgan enough to win themselves a spot in the end of season shakedown.
Wakefield squad: Blaymire, Atkins, Brough, Demetriou, Drew, Snitch, Wilkes, Grix, Obst , Stosic, Henderson, Winternstein, Leo-Latu, Korkidas, Ferguson, Moore, George, Murphy, Bibb.
Hull KR squad: Briscoe, Fox, Welham, Walker, Colbon, Cooke, Dobson, Vella, Fitzhenry, Wheeldon, Newton, Galea, I'Anson, Netherton, Fozzard, Gene, Fisher, Taylor, Lovegrove.
