Warrington will be looking to pile to the pressure on Wigan for the league leaders' shield with success over Huddersfield on Sunday.
The Wolves need Wigan to lose at Hull KR if they are to stand any chance to usurping Shane Wane's men for Super League's top spot.
Warrington are back on home soil after winning the Challenge Cup final last weekend following a 35-18 win over Leeds at Wembley.
The Giants' two-game win streak ended last time out after a 34-12 home loss to the Bradford Bulls.
Warrington coach Tony Smith has made two changes to his Challenge Cup-winning team for the visit of the Giants.
Back-row forwards Tyrone McCarthy and Ben Westwood, who suffered a medial knee ligament injury at Wembley, making way for the return of Matty Blythe and Chris Bridge as well as winger Rhys Williams.
Smith is keen for his troops to maintain a high standard in the wake of their Wembley success.
"I wouldn't like to think that there is a danger of dropping off because second place is secure," he told the Warrington Guardian.
Shape
"I can't see that really being the case. We're in good shape and we have a lot of people available to us right now.
"That certainly helps us in terms of the choices we have in each position, but it also puts pressure on people to perform because of the competition for places."
Matty Sarsfield is poised to make his debut for Huddersfield, who recall hooker Scott Moore and winger Luke George after sitting out the home defeat by Bradford.
Winger Jermaine McGillvary and utility forward David Faiumu are the ones to make way.
Giants coach Paul Anderson wants his players to stand up to the intimidating atmosphere that is the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
"We have spoken about going to play in the atmosphere that will be there because it will be a big game and there will be some party atmosphere," he told the club's official website.
"Hopefully it will be a full stadium because they will be bringing the trophy home and we want to enjoy that atmosphere and use it to go out and perform.
"We had a real good week of training last week and did some things different, we went to different places and it is definitely energising to do different things."
