The Wolves went down 38-22 away at the Vikings at the Stobart Stadium on Good Friday, their third defeat of the campaign so far.
Centre Chris Bridge was rested by coach Tony Smith for the first Easter fixture but is set to be back in the home side's line-up at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Brett Hodgson and Michael Monaghan could also be recalled, with the latter's return possibly meaning Stefan Ratchford moves into the halves having started at full-back against Widnes.
"London have found some form in recent times and are improving," said Smith on the club's official website. "We understand it will be a tough fixture for us.
"It's a test of everyone's mettle over Easter on how teams back up from one game to another with such a short turnaround."
Debuts
London Broncos, meanwhile, could hand Super League debuts to youngsters James Woodburn Hall, 18, and Erjon Dollapi, 20.
The pair have been named in a 19-man squad by coach Tony Rea that also includes Shane Grady, Alex Hurst, Mike McMeeken, Chris Melling and Scott Wheeldon.
Chris Bailey, Mark Bryant, Tony Clubb, Luke Dorn, Craig Gower, Jamie O'Callaghan and Shane Rodney all make way from the line-up named for the home defeat to Catalan Dragons.
"We had a fair few bumps out there," Rea said after the narrow 30-24 loss at the hands of their French opponents at the Twickenham Stoop.
"There are some people that really deserve an opportunity to go out there and put their case forward. I think you'll see a fair few of the squad out there on Monday."
The Broncos were beaten 50-10 on their last trip to Warrington but got their revenge later in the 2012 season, thrashing the Wolves 62-18 in the return fixture in the capital.
