Warrington coach Tony Smith must decide whether to field all of his players who will have been involved in the International Origin match for the clash with Salford on Sunday.
Chris Bridge, Garreth Carvell, Adrian Morley, Richard Myler and Ben Westwood have all been included in Steve McNamara's England side for the inaugural Origin fixture at Headingley on Friday night.
Added to that, Louis Anderson and Brett Hodgson are both in the Exiles' team selected by former Leeds coach Brian McClennan.
Australian centre Matt King was also due to play in the fixture but was a late withdrawal after the birth of his first child on Thursday.
But, with the prospect of so many of his squad having to turn out twice in less than 48 hours, Smith has opted to recall back-rowers Lee Mitchell and Tyrone McCarthy from their loan spells at Harlequins and Wakefield respectively.
Both could feature against the City Reds this weekend, while centre Matty Blythe and hooker Jon Clarke are also recalled to the 19-man squad.
Salford continue life under Phil Veivers and the caretaker head coach faces with a tough call as to whether to change a winning side.
They recorded a 34-12 win over Wakefield on home soil last Friday but Ashley Gibson, who missed that match with a rib injury, is available again.
However, the visitors are still without the services of loose forward Steven Wild.
Table-topping Warrington won the reverse fixture by a 60-0 scoreline at the Willows earlier this season and have managed to score a half-century of points in three of their last four Super League outings.
Warrington squad: Anderson, Atkins, Blythe, Bridge, Briers, Carvell, Clarke, Cooper, Grix, Higham, Hodgson, King, M. Monaghan, Morley, Myler, Solomona, Westwood, Williams, Wood.
Salford squad: Patten, Broughton, Nero, Jewitt, Henry, Ratchford, Holdsworth, Cashmere, Godwin, Boyle, Neal, L. Adamson, Anderson, Smith, Gleeson, Gibson, Sidlow, Paleaaesina, Spencer.
