Wigan coach Michael Maguire is able to name a virtually unchanged squad following their 52-0 Challenge Cup victory over Barrow.
The Warriors were at full strength for the game against the championship minnows but all the players came through unscathed.
The one change sees Lee Mossop return to the squad after missing out last week with a hamstring problem.
Quins are able to welcome back Chris Bailey after he missed the 70-0 cup win at Gateshead with a foot injury.
However, Rob Purdham and Luke Dorn remain on the sidelines with shoulder and hamstring problems respectively.
Olsi Krasniqi and Ben Bolger are therefore retained while Oliver Wilkes will be looking to extend his run of consecutive Super League matches to 58.
