Treviso will be buoyed by the return of their international contingent for the visit of Ulster.
Half-backs Kristopher Burton and Edoardo Gori and centre Gonzalo Garcia will bolster the back division.
In the pack, there are returns for Robert Barbieri, Alessandro Zanni, Lorenzo Cittadini and Michele Rizzo.
Ulster, themselves, have made five changes for the trip - with Johann Muller (calf) and Darren Cave (foot) returning from injuries.
Ian Humphreys, Tom Court and Chris Henry also return for Brian McLaughlin's side, while Ruan Pienaar switches to scum-half.
"Johann is a superb leader and it's always great to have him available. He is a great lineout forward and he will lift others around him with his presence," said McLaughlin.
"We felt that Darren deserved a chance to come back in and show what he can do because he was playing really well before the injury. We are very strong in the centres and Ian (Whitten) and Nevin (Spence) have done a tremendous job over the past couple of months so it was a tough decision."
