Several Chiefs players will play their last game for the Hamilton-based franchise when Ian Foster's troops tackle the Reds at Waikato Stadium.
Captain Mils Muliaina, wing Sitiveni Sivivatu, along with backs Mike Delany and Dwayne Sweeney will all make their final appearance for the Chiefs on the Super Rugby stage.
Muliaina, Delany and Sweeney are off to play in Japan next year, whilst Sivivatu will ply his trade in France.
It's also Foster's last match in charge, as the Chiefs coach is being replaced by Dave Rennie at the end of the season.
The changes to the side this week include Aled de Malmanche moving from the bench to the number two jersey, along with the return of lock Romana Graham into the starting line-up.
Save Tokula comes into the backline to cover injured centre Richard Kahui and in the reserves versatile prop Ben Afeaki will wear the number 17 jersey.
Changes
Reds coach Ewen McKenzie has made two changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's clash, with Jake Schatz earning his first run-on opportunity of the 2011 Super Rugby season.
Schatz has made five cameos from the bench for the Reds this season while in 2010 he started five of his total nine games played that year, his debut coming in round two against the Crusaders.
Schatz has gained selection at his favoured number-eight role although he is capable of playing all three backrow positions.
The other change to the starting line-up sees Dom Shipperley promoted to the wing, while former Crusaders and All Blacks winger Caleb Ralph is in line to join George Gregan with 136 Super Rugby caps should he take the field after being named on the bench.
McKenzie has reverted back to a 4-3 split on the bench with academy playmaker Dallan Murphy earning a spot as a replacement in what would be both his Reds and Super Rugby debut.
A victory for the Reds would secure top spot in the Super Rugby competition with a lead of four points currently existing over the third-placed Stormers heading into their final games of the regular season.
