Lock Sean Cox will captain Sale for their final Amlin Challenge Cup game against Cetransa El Salvador.
The Sharks have also handed first starts to Simon McIntyre and Chris Leck - with coach Peter Anglesea determined to finish the campaign on a high.
"It's all about performance. We had a good win against Petrarca last week and the lads want to finish off with another win," said Anglesea.
"We were pleased last week with the discipline and conceded very few penalties.
"Discipline is so important and we have some big games coming up over the next few weeks which we are targeting. If we can cut down on needless penalties it will definitely help our cause."
