Harlequins favourites Tani Fuga and David Strettle will make their final appearances for the club when they take on Sale.
Strettle, is set to move to Saracens in the summer, starts on the wing, while Fuga will end 10 years service at the Stoop when he comes off then bench.
Director of rugby Conor O'Shea has made four changes for the clash, with Ceri Jones, James Johnston, Lewis Stevenson and Nick Evans all starting.
Sale director of rugby Kingsley Jones has challenged his side to finish the season strongly when they travel to the Stoop.
A disappointing campaign has seen Sale dragged into the relegation battle - with only Worcester's defeat to Leeds sparing them from a nail-biting final weekend.
And although they have struggled for form, Jones wants his side to show their character.
"We really want to finish strongly," said Jones, who has named Chris Bell and Lee Imiolek in his starting XV.
"Quins have come into some form of late, particularly their back three. They're a very dangerous side, who put in a good performance at Welford Road, for 50-60 minutes.
"We know it's a massive challenge. They'll be highly motivated to beat us, having lost to us three times this season. A ninth-placed finish is still realistic, and we need a positive away win to 'put to bed' a season which has been very tough for all concerned. We believe we can do so.
"We've a couple of guys, Sean Cox and Oriol Ripol, who've had a frustrating season. They want to 'put their hand up' and prove a point. Also, Lee Imiolek has played impressively, and makes his first start for Sale Sharks."
