Harlequins director of rugby Dean Richards has rung the changes as his side look to bounce back from their defeat to Bath - with England winger Dave Strettle returning to action.
Strettle was forced to miss the World Cup after suffering a broken toe while part of England's training squad.
However he is now back to full fitness - and comes straight into the starting XV to face Wasps in place of Simon Keogh.
Danny Care has also returned from injury to replace Steve So'oialo at scrum-half, while Tosh Masson is preferred to Jordan Turner-Hall in the centres.
Richards has made two changes to his back-row with Will Skinner and Chris Hala'Ufia replacing Paul Volley and Tom Guest respectively, while on the bench, there are first appearances for James Percival and Adrian Jarvis.
Torrid
London Wasps will look to build on their first win of the season when they travel across the capital to face Quins.
After a torrid start to the campaign, the Heineken Cup champions finally tasted victory when they eased past London Irish.
Now, director of rugby Ian McGeechan wants more of the same from his side.
He told the club's official site: "Last week's win was a result of a hard working performance by the team.
"We are hoping to build on that on Saturday, as we will have to lift our game another level to compete with Quins, who have started very well in the league."
Wasps have made three changes to the pack for the match, with Tim Payne and Nick Adams replacing Michael Holford and the injured Pat Barnard in the front row, while John Hart replaces Dan Leo on the back row.
