A mouth-watering all French encounter sees domestic champions Clermont travel to current Top 14 leaders Racing-Métro.
Racing Metro have already beaten Clermont in the league, however they head into the Heineken Cup game without injured trio Benjamin Fall, Juan Martin Hernandez and François Steyn.
There is good news for Racing as Jonathan Wisniewski is fit to wear the No.10 jersey.
Clermont are without eight players from the side who beat Saracens with injuries and suspension hitting them hard.
Lionel Faure, Julien Bonnaire, Alexandre Lapandry, Marius Joubert, Aurélien Rougerie, Anthony Floch and Brock James have all been ruled out, while Mario Ledesma has had knee surgery and Jamie Cudmore is suspended.
