Brad Barritt will captain Saracens in his 150th appearance for the club when they take on Ulster in Pool 1 of the European Rugby Champions Cup on Friday night.
The England centre, who joined the club in 2008, leads Sarries in Belfast as they look to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.
Mark McCall has made two changes to the side that ran in three tries against four-time winners Toulouse at Allianz Park last weekend in a 32-7 win.
Hooker Jamie George moves to the bench to rotate with Schalk Brits while Jacques Burger returns to the side after a one-week suspension to replace Will Fraser.
England duo Richard Wigglesworth and Owen Farrell continue at half back, with Barritt once again partnering Duncan Taylor at centre.
"Ulster are a team that we know very well," said McCall, "They are one of the best in Europe and we've had some classic battles with them in recent years.
"I know how tough a place the Kingspan Stadium can be when it's rocking on a European night, so to be facing them is a real challenge for us but one that we're all very excited by."
Meanwhile, Ulster's Iain Henderson has recovered from the hand injury he suffered in the World Cup quarter-final and has been named in the starting side.
The forward makes his 50th appearance for the province and partners Chris Henry and Nick Williams in the back row.
Half-backs Ruan Pienaar and Paddy Jackson start together for the first time this season, with Stuart McCloskey and Darren Cave lining out in midfield.
The experienced trio of Andrew Trimble, Craig Gilroy and Louis Ludik have been named as the back three.
Saracens have won five of their six European Cup matches against Ulster, including each of their last three fixtures.
