Tyson Fury has revealed his bizarre training regime for his heavyweight title clash with Dereck Chisora on Saturday.

The 26-year-old says he has been carrying his uncle Peter up and down stairs and wrestling with his cousins to get in shape for the bout at London's ExCeL Arena.

Fury has fought just once in the past 19 months when he comfortably beat Joey Abell in February, but insists he is in great shape.

"This is the hardest I've ever worked to get off all that weight, absolutely," he said.

"We've been doing all sorts of extravagant things. Peter has been having me carry him up the stairs every morning and every night as a training exercise.

Exercises

"He's had me run around the park with him on my back so it's been a harsh training camp. I've also been wrestling with my brothers and my cousin, a lot of wrestling, pushing and shoving - so a lot of exercises and I'm definitely ready.

"But this is it now, there are two days left. We're excited, myself and the big man are ready to rock and roll. For me, I know when we glove up it's fight time.

"If you leave there disappointed by the fights, I don't know what you're doing there. I'm ready to fight."

Saturday’s rematch is a WBO world title final eliminator to set up a bout with IBF, WBA and WBO champion Wladimir Klitschko.

Chisora, who has lost to David Haye and Vitali Klitschko since his defeat to Fury three years ago, pulled out of the initial rematch in July due to a fractured hand.
