After the Commonwealth Games I had two weeks off to chill out and relax after what was a hard tournament.

Since then I have been back in full training aiming towards the World Championships in November, which will be held in South Korea.

I’ve just recently come back from a multi-nation training camp in Holland where I had some really good sparring. The World Championships are just five weeks away so right now the training is pretty full on and the days I do have off I spend just chilling out and recovering.

I have a tournament in Germany in the next few weeks and my aim is simply to do well in that. I'm seeing this as a warm up tournament so I'm not expecting to be at my best but I'm still looking to win and come away with a medal.

Then after that it is the Worlds, which for me are a big tournament. I know if I box my best I will do well, but right now I'm taking it one step at a time and looking at Germany as my first goal.
