Ajax have bolstered their backline with the addition of experienced defender Andre Ooijer.
The 36-year-old is somewhat of a surprise signing having played two spells with arch-rivals PSV Eindhoven.
Ooijer spent last season with PSV after three years in the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers.
The experienced defender has over half a century of caps for his country and played in this summer's World Cup.
Ooijer featured in the final in South Africa but was unable to prevent Holland from slipping to a 1-0 defeat to Spain.
