Jared Goff and the LA Rams take centre stage in Sky Sports' live action from week 11 when they host the in-form Miami Dolphins.

It's another bumper triple header as the NFL season heads towards its business end and we have six teams all with play-off ambition across our three games including the man of the moment in the shape of rookie quarterback Goff making his first Rams start and the team of the moment in the shape of the red hot Dallas Cowboys.

Dara Kennedy, Neil Reynolds and Shaun Gayle will take you through the live action from 5.30pm with Baltimore's trip to Dallas first up, followed by Miami's coast-to-coast trip to Los Angeles and then finally for Sunday's action it's the Green Bay Packers against the Washington Redskins at Fedex Field.

The team will also have the best of the action from elsewhere in week 11 as the build-up begins to a bumper Thursday of Thanksgiving action next week.

Kicking off our live action are the Dallas Cowboys who have bounced back from defeat in the opening week to record eight successive victories and boast the best record in the NFL this season.

Inspired by rookie running back Ezekiel Elliot and led by first-year quarterback Dak Prescott, the Cowboys are two games clear at the top of the NFC East and well placed to make the post season for the first time since 2014.

Elliott carried for 114 yards and two touchdowns last week against Pittsburgh and for good measure caught both targets for a third touchdown and another 95 yards.

Standing in their way are the NFC North topping Ravens who are second only to Seattle in points conceded this season and the Baltimore defence will give the all-star Dallas offence perhaps its toughest test to date.

Miami make the long trip west on the back of a four-game winning streak that sees them tucked in behind the New England Patriots in the AFC East.

Having started the season 1-4, the Dolphins now have a 5-4 record and an impressive running back themselves in the shape of British-born Jay Ajayi, who goes up against a Rams defence that has been the major plus for Los Angeles this year.

The problems for Los Angeles have come in scoring points. Led by quarterback Case Keenum, they are the lowest scorers in the NFL this season with just 139 points, so head coach Jeff Fisher has turned to his number one draft pick Goff.

Goff endured a tough pre-season and has seen number two pick in the draft Carson Wentz and 135th pick Dak Prescott capture all the headlines for rookie quarterbacks.

Goff will get his chance at the LA Coliseum on Sunday when he makes his first start in place of Keenum.

The Rams (4-5) head into the game on the back of a narrow 9-6 win over the New York Jets which has told the story of their season, they will hope Goff can unlock last year's Rookie of the Year Todd Gurley, who has struggled throughout his second season with just four touchdowns.

Our final game of the night comes from the legendary Fedex Field where the Packers hope the signing of Christine Michael will improve their running game issues when they host Washington.

Michael was released by Seattle with Thomas Rawls fit again and the Packers wasted little time in snapping up the running back from waivers to boost an offence that has lost Eddie Lacy to injury and has James Starks only just returning from his own lay-off.

Aaron Rodgers is likely to feel most of the benefit, with Michael likely to start against a Redskins team that have struggled for consistency and sit third in the NFC East with a 5-3-1 record.

The last three matches have produced all three outcomes, beating Minnesota last time out after a draw in London with Cincinnati followed defeat to the Detroit Lions.

You can keep across all the week 11 action on Sky Sports 1 from 5.30pm on Sunday and also on Sky Sports Mix from 6pm when Redzone will have all the touchdown action.
