John Gosden's Shutter Speed will face 15 rivals in the Prix de Diane at Chantilly on Sunday.
The Khalid Abdullah-owned filly has been seriously impressive so far this season, beating her Oaks-winning stablemate Enable at Newbury before landing the Musidora Stakes at York.
With Gosden having been keep to stick to a mile and a quarter with Shutter Speed, she bypassed Epsom to wait for the French equivalent, but she will need to overcome stall 14 if she is to emulate Enable and claim Classic success.
The British challenger will not find things easy, with Freddy Head's Terrakova a formidable rival.
Unbeaten in two starts to date, she is regally bred being by Galileo out of the great racemare Goldikova.
Aidan O'Brien runs Rhododendron, runner-up in both the 1000 Guineas and Oaks this season.
Andre Fabre, always to be respected, is responsible for Godolphin's Kitesurf with the Flaxman Stables-owned Senga.
Maryline Eon will become the first female jockey to ride in the race when she teams up with Yellow Storm.
