Freddy Head retains Classic aim for Polydream

Freddy Head still has high hopes of running Polydream in the French 1000 Guineas, despite the filly meeting with a setback.
The daughter of Oasis Dream won her first two starts comfortably, including a Group Three success over subsequent Fillies' Mile winner Laurens.
She then stepped up for the Prix Marcel Boussac, but could only finish second to Charlie Appleby's Wild Illusion.
"Polydream had a bit of a setback," said Head.
"If all goes well, though, the plan is still to go for the Pouliches (French 1000 Guineas). She won't be ready for a run before that, though.
"We'll keep her at a mile this year, I think, she has lots of speed so I'm not keen to stretch her out.
"Rather than be looking at the Diane (French Oaks), we'll look at the big mile races."
