Three supplementary entries raise Arc declarations to sixteen

John Gosden's impressive St Leger winner Masked Marvel has been given a supplementary entry for Sunday's Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at a cost of €100,000. Also added to the field at the final supplementary stage was Andre Fabre's Grand Prix de Paris winner Meandre, owned by the Rothschild Family, and German filly Danedream, a dual Group One winner, trained by Peter Schiergen. The three additions to the field for the Arc means there will be a maximum of 16 runners with Seville withdrawn at this latest stage, although the final field will not be confirmed until Friday morning when the all-important draw takes place.
