Plans for Prima Vista are on hold while trainer Noel Meade tries to bring his promising hurdler back to peak form. The seven-year-old disappointed connections when he was a well-beaten last of four behind Zaidpour at Navan on his first appearance of the winter last month. Meade had hoped to run the Grade Two novice hurdle winner two weeks ago at Naas, but decided against that after the horse failed to please in his work. "I'm not happy with him and I don't know what's been wrong with him," said the County Meath handler. "He didn't run well at all when he ran at Navan. I just can't seem to get him right so I'm just waiting to see if anything shows up. "Everything seems to be normal, but he's just not firing yet - we'll have to wait until he is. "He was in at Naas, but didn't run as we weren't happy with the way worked. He seems OK but we can't put a finger on what's causing his problems at the minute."
