Takar could run in the Irish 2,000 Guineas next, according to his trainer John Oxx.
The Oratorio colt impressed when winning the Listed Tetrarch Stakes at The Curragh on Monday.
Ridden confidently by Johnny Murtagh, Oxx's charge showed a sharp change of gear to come from last to first in the final furlong and win handsomely.
Oxx said: "He didn't beat a vintage field but he'd had a couple of setbacks and was just ready to run.
"We were pleased he produced a good turn of foot in the ground conditions.
"He's a tough little fellow with a good cruising speed and he quickens up well.
"The Irish Guineas is possible, we'll see how things go over the next couple of weeks."
