Paul Carberry is could be back in the saddle on Friday after a cut thumb forced him out of action on Tuesday.
Carberry has only recently returned to riding after suffering a shoulder injury and was due to partner four horses at Downpatrick.
However, a minor setback saw him sidelined, although he is targeting a swift return.
His agent Ciaran O'Toole said: "He just cut his thumb and it needed a few stitches in it which stopped him from riding.
"Hopefully he will be back in action on Friday."
