Richard Hannon is responsible for three of the ten six-day acceptors for Saturday's JLT Lockinge Stakes at Newbury.

The trainer has already trained a Classic winner in his first season with a licence and will be hoping Montiridge, Olympic Glory or Toronado can add another Group One to his CV. The latter two are both owned by Al Shaqab Racing and won the Queen Elizabeth II and Sussex Stakes respectively last season.

Verrazano is a fascinating entry for Aidan O'Brien having been one of the top three-year-olds in America last season. This would be his European debut.

German raider Chopin is an intended runner while Soft Falling Rain is expected to represent Hamdan Al Maktoum and Mike de Kock.
