Verdict

MIDNIGHTS’ GIFT looks the one to beat on the evidence so far. She only beat Break The Rules by a short-head at Fakenham but was very green that day and the pair pulled well clear of Local Affair. Gavrocheka took a while to warm up at Ludlow in a race in which Fleursals was leading when falling two out and will know more today and any support for newcomers Operatic Export and Fantastic Ms Fox should be noted as both were useful on the Flat. Mianna is more exposed than most but has shown some ability.
