Verdict

Maison De Ville made a promising start at Perth while Regal Ramirez and Tiny Tenor have also shown signs of ability. OSCATARA changed hands for £55,000 after winning an Irish point-to-point in April. He's now owned by Tim Leslie, who also has Overturn and Peddlers Cross, and may have the speed to take this getting 7lb from previous bumper winners Broadway Buffalo and Mister Pagan. CAPE YORK is a half-brother to winning jumpers Mac Aeda and Stick Together and represents a yard that does well in this type of race. He should prove the pick of the newcomers.
