Verdict

Teme Spirit belied odds of 40/1 when second at Bangor in May. Whiteoak Fleur led until inside the final furlong when fourth at Kelso in the same month. Briery Express was second at Taunton on debut and Sweet Adare dead-heated at Southwell in April but has a penalty and was behind Tashunka at Market Rasen earlier. The latter ran well behind Hawthorn Cottage at Cheltenham subsequently but there are several unknown quantities in this including the Presenting filly Aggy With It. LEGENDS GOLD was impressive between the flags in March and can make a winning start under Rules ahead of fellow point-to-point converts Madam Cloud and Henrietta Bell.
