        Verdict

        COMME MAMAN’s sire has produced a host of smart jumpers and her dam was a useful hurdler who was placed over fences. She can only improve on her first run over fences at Pau and looks the likely winner of this. Espoir Du Grillon’s placed form over hurdles came at a modest level but a case can be made for Monte Gordo and also Tino Roli, a lightly-raced sort who is out of a mare that has produced winners with her four previous offspring to race. Transcendance also has few miles on the clock.q
