Verdict

Rated 79, LOCKDOWN could only finish a disappointing third at Lingfield when sent off favourite on his first attempt at 6f. But he’s been gelded since and the return to Turf should suit Hugo Palmer’s charge. Stigwood represents last year’s winning yard and drops down in trip along with George Scott while Prince Of Abington is another likely improver. Solid Gold is related to three winners with Muay Thai and Letmelivemylife other newcomers to keep an eye on.
