Verdict

Yeeoow won this in 2013 but has not run up to the same level since. He has something to find on collateral form with ICE LORD, whose second to Englishman on his reappearance has worked out well as the latter has won again at Newmarket recently. Clive Cox’ charge is also preferred to Shore Step, who failed to win last year but is usually thereabouts at this level, while Muir Lodge has recorded both wins to date in a lower grade. Cartmell Cleave is 8lb higher than when scoring at HQ last term and Shipyard makes more appeal having won over 5f here in October. Childesplay also won at the track at this time last year but is 10lb higher today.
