          Verdict

          This wouldn’t be the ideal ‘getting-out’ stakes but Mullionheir won this last year and BOY IN THE BAR (NAP) 12 months earlier. Ian Williams’ top weight races off the same mark and looks ready to pick up the winning thread again after a close-up third at Goodwood. Further down the handicap, Big Lachie and Field of Vision have both been in good form. Parnassian was first past the post at Windsor last time and has claims if the blinkers work a second time while Quick Breath has been going well over 7f. Moon Song found only one too good when attempting a hat-trick at Nottingham and a case can also be made for Firmdecisions, The Establishment and Akbar Shah.
