      Verdict

REPTON won over 6f here back in March and was narrowly beaten at Sandown last week on his first attempt at a mile. Richard Hannon’s charge gets the nod on that form. Stablemate Maypole returned a disappointing favourite at Windsor last time but Harmonica has been competing in better company since winning at Lingfield, though is 10lb higher today. Pearl Spectre’s earlier success came at Southwell and Family Fortunes’ recent second came over 1m2f.
