        Verdict

        Cogital, a close third in this last year, is preferred to Monsieur Lambrays of his trainer’s two runners. Royaume Uni hasn’t been in the best of form but COQUELICOT was second over 2m2f at Pontefract after winning over this trip at Nottingham and is in good heart. Blazeon Five has won three times on the all-weather but is 0-6 on Turf. Gelded in November following wind surgery, Beny Nahar Road has since joined by Paul Nicholls. He’ll have a campaign over hurdles planned and may need this while Ehteyat is making his debut on this surface.
