Verdict
With his illustrious sibling Frankel never too far away from any discussion, Morpheus was always going to attract plenty of attention and having justified market confidence at Nottingham, Lady Cecil's charge will have plenty of supporters on his handicap debut. Stableford looks smart and is certain to pick up more races but we'll take a chance about VEERAYA. William Haggas' gelding ran with credit on a belated seasonal reappearance last month, and if anything, a step up to a mile is likely to be to his advantage. Private Alexander was not disgraced in a Listed race at Sandown and the former Ger Lyons inmate appears an exciting recruit for David O'Meara. Secret Art bids for a hat-trick having won at Nottingham and Sandown whilst Estifzaaz makes a first foray into handicaps having broken his maiden at the sixth time of asking.
