    Verdict

Mark Johnston could win a race with the stable cat at the moment and has two entries here. Persian Moon ran a fine race behind three Ballydoyle runners in the King George V Handicap at the Royal meeting while Mind The Crack just failed to hold off Sir Ron Priestley over 1m6f at Haydock where he was in the lead at this trip. Almania finished just behind Persian Moon here on his handicap debut and is 1lb better off so there's nothing between them while Never Do Nothing is progressing nicely though steps up in grade from his Goodwood victory on a 6lb higher mark. Prejudice has never been this far but certainly wasn't stopping over 1m2f at Newmarket but this can go to FAYLAQ. A very expensive son of Dubawi out of the brilliant Danedream, he's taken some time to reach his potential and has had an easy ride in a couple of minor events but was very impressive at Newmarket and can take the transition to this class in his stride.
